Bring Us In

We come to your people with the teachings we hold, in person or online.

There are teachings we have spent years living and shaping, and they were never meant to stay only in our own rooms. When you gather people who are moving through something, a clinic, a conference, a youth program, a collective, a community group, we can bring a teaching to them, shaped to meet exactly what that community is in.

This is for organizations and groups rather than individuals. If you are tending your own reproductive life, Learn With Us is your door. Here, you bring us in. We come to your people, and we build the teaching with you.

The teachings

Cycling, Carrying, Ceasing

Our framework for the three rhythms a body and a life move through: the cycling that sheds and renews, the carrying that holds and grows, the ceasing that completes and releases. It travels well into almost any room, and it is a natural place to begin.

Becoming a Parent: Identity, Relationship & Voice

A workshop series for the crossing into parenthood. Who you are becoming, how your relationships are shifting, and how to find and use your voice: with your partner, with your family, and with the systems you move through as a parent.

Becoming a Parent: Supporting Your Nervous System

A workshop series about the nervous system and parenthood. What stress actually does in a body, how to recognize your own responses, and how to build the regulation that lets a parent arrive resourced rather than depleted. Practical, somatic, and free of blame.

Postpartum Transformation Support Series

For new mothers and the whole caregiving circle around them. Releasing the birth plan and letting flexibility become strength rather than failure. Rest as medicine, and the real barriers to receiving it. Caregivers activated to step in without being asked, and older siblings given a true place in the new family, so the whole village holds.

From Awareness to Repair: Healing Family Culture

For parents, partners, and kin networks moving from inherited patterns to intentional family culture. The arc travels from vision and honest reflection, through the science of stress, fear, and anger, into communication and repair, and lands in routines and resilience a real family can sustain.

Everything else we teach can be shaped to your community rather than handed over as a fixed package. The body and its design. Preconception and the threshold into parenthood. Loss, and the grief that asks to be witnessed. The traditional practices that have held families since long before modern care. We meet your people where they are, and shape the teaching to fit.

How it can take shape

A single workshop

One room, one teaching, shaped to your people.

A short series

Several sessions, so the teaching can deepen across time.

A keynote or plática

For a larger gathering, a conference, a convening.

A deeper intensive

For a group going further with the work.

In person, where the teaching can settle into the body, or online, where it can reach further. We will find the form that fits your community and your container.

How it works

  1. You reach out. Tell us about your people and what they are moving through.
  2. We talk it through together. Unhurried, so we understand the room before we shape anything for it.
  3. We send you a shaped proposal. The teaching, the format, the scope.
  4. We come and hold the room. Nothing is templated, and nothing is rushed.

It begins the way all of our work begins: with a conversation.

Tell us about your people below. We read every inquiry personally.
