How it takes shape
Companionship begins with an inquiry and a free consultation, held online. From there, the shape is built with you: sessions virtual or in person, in a rhythm that fits your season, with between-session support, curated resources, and care-team coordination woven in as the work asks for them. Some companionships are brief; some walk with you for a long while. It grows with you either way.
The work often begins with a planning session focused on your current goals, with tailored resources along the way, and warm referrals to IBCLCs and local supports if desired.
