The Elder Season Companion
Companionship for the elder threshold.
For the season of becoming a grandmother, of holding the ones who now hold others, and of passing on what a life has gathered. This offering tends the elder threshold as the initiation it is: relational, ceremonial, and rich with everything you now carry.
Support may include
- Support through the transition into elderhood and grandmotherhood
- Learning to hold your children as they become parents, without carrying what is theirs
- Ritual and ceremony for the elder threshold
- Story, lineage, and the passing on of what you know
- Tending your own body and rhythms through the shift
How it takes shape
Companionship begins with an inquiry and a free consultation, held online. From there, the shape is built with you: sessions virtual or in person, in a rhythm that fits your season, with between-session support, curated resources, and care-team coordination woven in as the work asks for them. Some companionships are brief; some walk with you for a long while. It grows with you either way.
